I completely forgot to mention here last week a huge accomplishment for me! On August 16th I ran my first ever mile and on September 9th I ran my “race.” Now race is a pretty intense word – so just know that my entire goal was to finish without stopping. The race was only one mile but it seemed like SO much longer! But since then I’m completely hooked! I am training for a 5K on October 27th (Monster Mash) and one on Thanksgiving morning (Turkey Trot). I still hate running – but I love how accomplished I feel afterwards!

I can’t believe it – I’ve accomplished more in 45 days with Team Beachbody than I did six months on my own!
